These Terms govern access to SuperYiwu at https://superyiwu.com/. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Marketplace role

SuperYiwu provides a business-to-business marketplace, product discovery, inquiry, messaging, quotation, and sourcing tools. Unless expressly stated otherwise, factories are independent sellers responsible for their products, specifications, prices, availability, certifications, delivery, and legal compliance. Displayed wholesale tiers may be estimates or reference prices until confirmed by the factory.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter binding business agreements. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use SuperYiwu to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malicious code, scrape or overload the service, bypass security, impersonate others, manipulate reviews, send spam, list prohibited goods, or engage in fraud or deceptive conduct.

4. Product listings and user content

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant SuperYiwu a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, translate, format, and display that content as necessary to operate and promote the marketplace. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submitted content. We may review, reject, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms or creates platform risk.

5. Inquiries, orders, and payments

An inquiry is not a completed purchase. Specifications, quantities, samples, shipping, taxes, duties, payment terms, quality standards, and delivery dates must be confirmed between the buyer and factory. Payment functionality may be unavailable or provided later through a separate provider. Each party is responsible for its own due diligence and transaction obligations.

6. Intellectual property

The SuperYiwu name, interface, software, and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the service under these Terms.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law, address security risk, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion under our Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular commercial outcome, or the accuracy of third-party factory claims. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SuperYiwu is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or disputes between buyers and factories arising from use of the marketplace.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version will remain publicly available on this page with its effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
