This Privacy Policy explains how SuperYiwu ("SuperYiwu", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of https://superyiwu.com/, collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when buyers, factory users, and platform administrators use our jewelry wholesale marketplace and related services.

1. Information we collect

Google sign-in information

When you choose "Continue with Google", Google may provide us with:

• your Google account identifier;
• your verified email address;
• your display name; and
• your profile photo, if available.

We use this information to create or locate your SuperYiwu account and authenticate future sign-ins. We do not receive your Google password. We do not retain the Google access token after the sign-in exchange is complete, and we do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or other Google services.

Information you provide

• account profile information, preferred language, currency, and profile photo;
• delivery addresses and contact details that you choose to save;
• factory profile, product, specification, pricing, certification, and staff information;
• inquiries, chat messages, quotations, order or sample-request information;
• files, photos, videos, and other attachments you upload; and
• support requests and other communications with us.

Information collected automatically

We may collect IP address, browser and device type, language, date and time of access, login-session information, requested pages, diagnostic logs, and security events. We also use browser local storage, session storage, and essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, maintain your cart, and complete OAuth redirects.

2. How we use information

• provide, operate, and secure SuperYiwu accounts and Google sign-in;
• display products and factory profiles and personalize language or currency;
• route inquiries, specifications, quantities, messages, and orders to the selected factory;
• support buyer–factory communication and customer service;
• detect abuse, prevent fraud, troubleshoot errors, and protect account security;
• comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service; and
• improve marketplace performance and user experience using aggregated information.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

SuperYiwu's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google profile information is used only for authentication, account creation, account display, security, and user-requested marketplace functions described in this policy.

4. When we share information

We disclose information only as necessary for the following purposes:

• Factories and buyers: inquiry, selected specification, quantity, message, and transaction information is shared with the parties to the requested transaction.
• Service providers: hosting, database, object-storage, content-delivery, security, translation, email, and technical-support providers process data for us under appropriate restrictions.
• Google: Google processes authentication according to Google's own privacy policy when you choose Google sign-in.
• Legal and safety: we may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, property, or platform security.
• Business transfer: information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate notice and protection.

We do not sell or rent personal information and do not share Google user data for advertising.

5. Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Login sessions are retained until they expire or are revoked. Messages, inquiries, order records, payment-related records, and security logs may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to complete transactions, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet tax or accounting obligations, and comply with law. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it according to our operational schedule.

6. International data transfers

SuperYiwu connects international buyers and suppliers. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than your own, including where our infrastructure, service providers, or transaction counterparties operate. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect transferred information in accordance with applicable law.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, password hashing where passwords are used, token-based sessions, tenant isolation, storage controls, logging, and other administrative and technical measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your device and account credentials.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding your personal information. You may also revoke SuperYiwu's Google account access at Google Account permissions. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete your SuperYiwu account.

To delete your account and associated data, follow our Data Deletion Instructions or email [email protected]. We may verify your identity before completing a request and may retain records when legally required.

9. Children

SuperYiwu is a business-to-business marketplace and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical, or service changes. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the service where appropriate.
