Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of your SuperYiwu account and associated personal information at any time.

How to submit a request

1. Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your SuperYiwu account.
2. Use the subject line SuperYiwu account deletion request.
3. Include your account email and, if applicable, the factory name connected to the account. Do not send your password or authentication token.
4. We may ask you to complete a reasonable identity-verification step to protect the account.

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified requests within 30 days, unless applicable law permits or requires a longer period.

What will be deleted

Subject to legal and transaction-record obligations, deletion includes the account profile, Google account identifier associated with sign-in, saved addresses, active login sessions, preferences, and personal information that is no longer required to operate or secure the service.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited records when required for completed transactions, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, platform security, legal claims, or compliance with law. Where practical, retained records are restricted or de-identified and are not used for unrelated purposes.

Disconnect Google separately

You may revoke SuperYiwu's Google access at Google Account permissions. Revoking access prevents future Google authorization but does not by itself delete the SuperYiwu account; follow the email process above for deletion.
